6-9 O'clock.
Post office street.
All artists fill the streets and galleries doors are wide open as well as random other places displaying for artwalk...such as MOD coffeehouse where you can also stop and get a hot chocolate/beer/wine/snack. Many places serve wine and cheese/etc. Then there is the music scene all around from the streets and all the local music "bars" and even in galleries.
Kids are out a ton in the first hour or so.
Come and enjoy the community environment that happens every 6-8 weeks in Galveston on Post Office street.
